Meet our Community Managers – Brady Kline

Posted April 18, 2017 by office

At MakeOffices, our Community Managers (or CMs) are the heart of each of our coworking locations. Our CMs make sure everything’s running smoothly each day, foster a sense of collaboration and community for our members, and are the first faces people see when they walk into the door.

Get to know each of our CMs in a series that highlights their unique qualities and the things they love most about what they do. In our first installment, meet Brady Kline, MakeOffices at Clarendon’s Community Manager. This Hummelstown, Pennsylvania native was a CM at our Center City office space in Philly before moving to the DMV area last summer.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about being a Community Manager?

Brady: I love meeting interesting people and being able to engage with them regularly.

Q: What makes the MakeOffices community stand out?

Brady: Our community in Clarendon is pretty close-knit. The interactions between members make for an inspiring environment, and many of us get together outside of work.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about Clarendon?

Brady: There are plenty of great happy hour spots to choose from. One of my favorite places to go is Bracket Room, which is less than a block away from MakeOffices.

Q: Favorite resource for workplace tips or articles?

Brady: I go to Reddit for just about everything!

Q: Favorite way to de-stress?

Brady: I usually put my headphones on and go for a run.

Q: What is one “fun fact” that most people don’t know about you?

Brady: I’m a quarter Filipino!

Q: What’s your favorite book?

Brady: Ham on Rye by Charles Bukowski.

What is your guilty pleasure movie and why?

Brady: Crazy, Stupid, Love. It’s funny, relatable and Steve Carell is the man.

Q: What’s one thing you look forward to doing most on the weekends?

Brady: Watching Premier League soccer with my friends!
