Our cleaning schedules have been enhanced and medical-grade disinfectant is being used at all sites for both day and night cleaning. High touchpoint and high traffic areas will be cleaned frequently throughout the day.
Facemasks are required in all common areas. Onsite signage has been updated to reflect appropriate practice.
Employee Self Screening
All community managers have gone through self-screening guidelines as per CDC to proactively monitor wellness.
We've removed chairs, spaced out seating and modified our common areas to give our members the space they need.
Social Distancing Protocols
Conference rooms, lounges, and phone booths all have new operating procedures and capacities. We've also instituted traffic flow patterns to facilitate social distancing.
Limited Events And Visitors
In this initial phase, outside visitors are limited. We've also shifted to virtual events and have prohibited on-site events.
