Patrick included coworking spaces as part of his workspace search. He also involved his entire team in the selection process, as getting their buy-in was crucial. While touring coworking spaces, he and the team noticed that each had a different design and environment. Since DragonSpears does sensitive work for its clients, having actual physical walls, and not just glass ones, where you cannot look into the office next door was an important decision factor.  He also wanted an authentic environment where his team could get work done, and not be in a frenetic space with too much going on that it took away from productivity.
